Shubodh Sai, Master of Science student working under the supervision of Prof. Madhava Krishna in the area of Visual Place Recognition has been selected as a winner of the 2022 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS 2022) Outstanding Reviewer Award for his concerted review process.

Poorna Chandra Danamaraju, M.Tech in Product Design and Management course was invited as a guest of honor at the Literature Conclave held at his alma mater – DAV Public School, Hyderabad on 24 August. His book Earthly Realm was launched by his excellency, Mr. Syed Mohammed Ibrahimkhil, the acting consul general of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan during the Literature Conclave.

Josh Elias Joy, 2nd semester student of M.Tech Product design and Management, won the Odd Inputs and Peculiar Peripherals contest conducted by Hackaday and partnered with Digi-Key Electronics. There were a total of 75 participants from all over the world. In this contest, participants were encouraged to make the strangest, fanciest, flashiest, or most custom computer peripherals, and share that work.
