E.M.D to be paid along with the tender in the shape of crossed Demand Draft in favour of IIIT, Hyderabad. DD should be valid for a period of three months from the date of submission of Bids from Government Nationalized Bank, and shall be enclosed along with bid documents.

1% of the total quoted bid price shall be submitted as EMD in the form of DD/BG(Bank Guarantee)

BG/DD submitted by the successful bidder at the time of tender with conditional obligations shall not be accepted and retained against E.M.D. for performance at the time of conclusion of contract.

The contractor must pay the Initial security deposit, equivalent to 2.5% of the approved tender value, before concluding the agreement, with the initial EMD amount deducted.
|
