IIIT Hyderabad invites offline bids in a two-cover bid model from reputed, experienced, and
financially sound parties for the supply of a Rational iCombi Pro Electric 20-Pan combi oven
at Kadamba Culinary Hub (Kitchen), which is operated and managed by Campus Dining
Services (CDS), catering to the Institute’s large-scale institutional kitchen operations.

3. Pre-Bid meeting and site visit at IIIT Hyderabad 30.12.2025 (03:00 PM)
4. Last date and time for submission of bid 09.01.2026 (03:00 PM)
5. Opening of Technical Bid 09.01.2026 (03:30 PM)
6. Opening of Commercial Bid To be Notified.
7. Earnest Money Deposit
(MSME registered bidders are exempted subject to
submission of valid MSME certificate) 1 Lakh
