25th Convocation (11th July 2026)

The 25th Convocation of IIIT Hyderabad will be held on Saturday, 11th July 2026 during the afternoon session at “Global Peace Auditorium, Brahmakumaris Shanti Sarovar“, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Chief Guest Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India will give the convocation address.

Schedule of Registration to attend the Convocation
17^th June to 30^th June 2026	Rs.3000/- (Early Bird)
1st July to 7th July 2026	Rs.5000/- (Late Registration)
8th July to 9th July 2026 (Midnight)	Rs.6000/- (Spot Registration)
10th July 2026 - The registered graduating students should come to the academic office for physical registration to collect the “Angavastram“ between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM

*Convocation venue doors will be closed by 1:30 PM in order to start the academic procession without any disturbance to the programme.

Dress Code:

The dress code for convocation 2026 is a simple Indian attire preferably Kurta Pyjama, Kurta Dhoti, Saree or Salwar Kameez. See pictures for reference.
