IIIT-H organized a one-day, national level workshop on Human Values in Education for Vice-chancellors of Indian Universities, last Friday, June 17, 2011.
The Governor of Andhra Pradesh Sri. ESL Narasimhan opened the workshop, which was attended by over 20 vice-chancellors from around the country, besides IIIT-H faculty. The workshop, held on the institute campus, was intended to provide space to understand current challenges, share experiences, and develop a vision for Universities in India to implement courses in Human Values.
