The application procedure for IIIT Special Financial Assistance Scheme (ISFAS) is as follows.
- Fill and submit the Form A.
Documents to attach with application:
- Resume (stating past academic record)
- Parents' combined annual income certificate
- Description of any collateral property
The application form along with original support documents should be submitted in person (or posted)to the following address:

A soft copy of the application should also be emailed to alumnifund@iiit.ac.in with the subject "application for scholarship".
