The 4th and last round of admissions to the remaining DASA seats will be announced on July 8th. Those offered seats will have to accept the allotted seats and pay the fees on or before July 11th.
Direct Admission to Students from Abroad is available for applicants who have studied their 11th and 12th outside India or hold a foreign passport.
Eligibility

Applicants should have completed 12th class or equivalent by May 2015 or earlier.

Applicants must have a score of 2000 or more in SAT (Physics+Chemistry+Mathematics II) [earlier known as SAT-II]. Scores from June 2013 onwards will be considered valid.

Desirable: It is desirable that they have taken AP Calculus, AP Physics or AP Chemistry courses.
Selection Criteria
Second tiebreaker: SAT Physics marks
Third tiebreaker: SAT Chemistry marks
Final tiebreaker: Date of Birth (older candidates preferred)

Fees

Tuition fee: US $12,000 per annum for the academic year 2015-16.

Hostel and Mess fees are extra, charges on par with all students at the institute.
Payment of initial Fee

Candidate who have been allotted a seat should confirm the acceptance of seat allotment by paying the tuition fee for one semester on or before the acceptance dates (Please see the above for round wise acceptance dates.

First semester tuition fee payment of USD 6,000 or equivalent in Indian Rupees (rupee amount will be specified on institute websites later) should be paid online (details will be sent later) though the payment portal.
Acceptance of Seat Allotment

All payments which reach us by 5 PM IST on the deadline dates will only be considered.

Based on the number of acceptances and remaining seats available, further rounds of seat allocation may be done.
