Structural analysis of Pre-mRNA among Co-expressed mammalian genes with respect to Alternative Splicing
Thesis Supervisor: Prof. Abhijit Mitra & Dr. Kshitish Acharya (IBAB, Bengulooru)
Techniques: RNA prediction tools like UNAFOLD, RNAStructure and Bioinformatics tools like BLAST & ClustalW, databases like ACEVIEW, ASTD, MGEx-Tdb, and other alternative splicing databases.

- Detection of Genomic islands in chromosome 6 of Plasmodium falciparum and their phylogenetic analysis
