Projects

  • Design of a Low Noise Amplifier for Bluetooth frequency range.
August-2008 December-2008 Course project in CMOS RF IC Design; The project involved the Analysis and Design of a low noise amplifier for bluetooth applications. The design was optimised for standard Noise level requirements for Bluetooth.
  • Subthreshold Operation of MOS devices
    august 2007 – December 2007
Course project in Analog & Mixed signal IC Design;Studied the operation of MOSFET in weak inversion region (subthreshold) and designed small digital modules that use the MOS device in weak inversion.
  • Automatic Audio level controller for a public address System
    December 2006 – March2007
B.E Project : The project involved the design of an automatic audio level control system for maintaining optimum loudness level of a public adress system used in any given space. The Design and Simulation was done on MATLAB.
