  • Maximizing the Cloud performance by Virtualization (VMware)
  • Implemented Graph mining techniques on Cloud (cluster computing) using hadoop.
  • Tool for Identifying Community structure in World Wide Web, Implemented in C++.
  • Designed a new algorithm called “2Phase Clustering” for graphs, Implemented in C++.
  • Web Crawler and Search engine based on the Web Graph, Implemented in C++.
  • Developed a Tool for In Silico Drug Target Identification on .NET framework using Perl, Java and VB script.
  • Implementation of algorithm: HMM and Markov model for prediction of introns and exons in C++.
  • Implementation of Vitterbi, Profile Graphs, Forward & Backward algorithms for Profile generation algorithms in C++.
  • Database management system: (3 months) “Therapeutic Target Database” using MySql and php.

  • Selected as a Resource person in the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) sponsored workshop on Structure Based Drug Design at Jaypee University of Information Technology.
  • Best Paper Award in National symposiums at VTF (Vignyan Technical Fest) on Insilico drug target identification.
  • Top 1% in the State Level Science Talent Test.
