Information needed for applying - EI

Before accessing the portal, have following information ready:

First name, Last name of the student.

Date of Birth of the Student

Father name/Gardian name

Full valid Postal Address

Valid Email ID

Valid Mobile number

Write a brief autobiography. The biography should cover the following :

a) Why do you want to join this program ?
b) What have been your childhood dreams ?
c) How do you think this program can take you towards fulfilling them ?
d) Mention one person who inspired you most and how ?

You must write the answers for the above questions in a ".txt" or ".doc" or ".pdf" format file and upload in the application portal.

If you are opting to fill Demand Draft (DD) form, have following information ready ( Demand Draft should be taken in favour of "IIIT, Hyderabad" Payable at Hyderabad of Rs 1200 ).

DD issue bank name

Please write your Full Name, IIIT-H application number, email id, phone number on the back side of the DD and send the DD along with application form to " The Chair (Exam + Interview Mode), UG Admissions, IIIT Hyderabad, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500 032" on or before 18th June 2011.

If you are opting to fill through Credit Card form, have following information ready:

Credit card number / Debit card (Visa/Master card)
CVV number
Credit card expiry date
Verified by Visa/Master card password
