Fee structure and schedule for academic year 2011
Fee Structure
The following fees are payable on admission for Semester-I:

At the time of admission, the student has to pay/bring the following:
(1) For tuition fee, admission fee, deposits, and hostel fee etc: Demand Draft in favour of "IIIT, Hyderabad" Payable at Hyderabad.
- For Boys Rs. 64,400
- For Girls Rs. 64,625
(2) For Mess charges, student should bring a demand draft of Rs. 12,000/- in favour of "IIIT Students Mess Account" payable at Hyderabad.
Fee payable at the beginning of 2nd Semester would be for Boys Rs. 74,400 , for Girls Rs. 74,625 plus <Rs. to be updated> for mess charges (tentatively).
In addition, the student has to submit the following original documents, along with one set of Xerox copy of certificates
1. Date of Birth certificate / X class Marks Memo
2. Intermediate Marks Memo / Intermediate Certificate
3. Transfer Certificate
4. AIEEE Rank Card / NTSE / KVPY / Olympiad / SAT Score card ( as applicable )
5. Allotment letter
6. The student has to submit six stamp size photographs.
Reporting Schedule
Students admitted in International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad have to report on 30 July 2011 between 9 AM to 2 PM along with their parent(s) to the following place to pay the tuition fee and submit the certificates.

UG-2011 Registration and Orientation Schedule
Day 1: 30 July, 2011
Venue: Room No: 119, Ground Floor, Nilgiri Building
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Online registrations
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Online registrations
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Orientation (Venue will be announced)
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Meeting with Mentors (Introduction) and Campus Tour
Day 2: 31 July, 2011
From 9:00 AM English Diagnostic Test for the Students (Venue will be announced)
11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Parents Meet - Venue will be announced.
Kindly note that, the above timings are tentative.
Residential Institute:
IIIT-H is a residential Institute and it is compulsory for all students to stay on-campus. Four separate hostels for boys and One girls hostel are available on-campus. Double/Triple occupancy room for Boys and Single/Double occupancy for Girls with basic furniture is provided. Student has to bring a bed roll of size 3' x 6', one scientific calculator and pair of sports shoes. Hostels will be available for temporary occupation one day before the registration.
Campus facilities:
Bank: A branch and ATM of State Bank Hyderabad is available on the campus.
Health Centre: Attendant doctors with ambulance facility.
Sports: Ample facilities for out-door games and in-door games.
During the first year the students are provided computers in the laboratories and are discouraged from purchasing their own laptop or desktop. Use of computer laboratory promotes group learning. They have to purchase their computer only when they come for third semester.
Please note that the students in the first year will be required to purchase a laptop or desktop at the beginning of their second year.
