Kindly bring and submit the Demand Draft to the Institute on or before 04-08-2010.
The fee and other charges for the semester Monsoon 2010 (Academic year 2010- 2011) shall be as follows:
Tuition fee : Rs. 50,000(per semester)
Admission Fee : Rs.5,000
Room Rent : Rs. 8,460(per semester-for boys)
: Rs: 8,910(per semester-for girls)
Caution Deposit : Rs. 10,000
(one time payment refundable after course completion)
Cost of text books and reference books etc: Rs. 1,500 (per semester).
For boys : Rs.74,960.00
For girls : Rs.75,410.00
For tuition fee and other charges, the Demand Draft has to be drawn in favour of “IIIT, Hyderabad” payable at Hyderabad,.
Mess Advance : Rs.12, 000(per semester)

For Mess advance, the Demand Draft has to be drawn in favour of “IIIT students mess Account” payable at Hyderabad.
In addition, the student has to submit the following original documents, along with one set of Xerox copy of certificates
1. Date of Birth certificate
2. 10th certificate, 12th or equivalent Certificate
3. AIEEE Score Card
4. Six stamp size photographs
Residential Institute:
IIIT-H is a residential Institute and it is compulsory for all students to stay on-campus. Four separate hostels for boys and one girls hostel are available on-campus. Double/Triple occupancy room for Boys and Single occupancy for Girls with basic furniture is provided. Student has to bring a bed roll of size 3' x 6', one scientific calculator and pair of sports shoes. Hostels will be available for occupation one day before.
Campus facilities:
Bank: A branch and ATM of State Bank Hyderabad is available on the campus.
Health Centre: Attendant doctors with ambulance facility.
Sports: Ample facilities for out-door games and in-door games.
Please note that the students in the first year will be required to purchase a laptop or desktop at the beginning of their second year. (During the first year the students are provided computers in the laboratories and are discouraged from purchasing their own laptop or desktop. Use of computer laboratory promotes group learning. They have to purchase their computer only in the second year.)
