Special Schemes

A. Pratibha scholarship There are merit-cum-means scholarships offered by the State Governments such as Pratibha Scholarship by the AP Government. These are available to IIIT students who come from AP and whose parent's annual income is within one lakh.

B. IIIT-H special financial assistance scheme (ISFAS) ISFAS is available for needy students. This scheme has been made possible by the IIIT alumni and is available in the following forms:

  1. Provision of loan guarantee. 
  2. Scholarships in the form of repayable low-interest loans for about Rs. 70,000/- year. The loans are extendable to students to cover a maximum of 4 years of study, provided they maintain good academic status.
