Confirmation by Students
Students have to send their acceptance letter along with confirmation fees of Rs.25,000/- by demand draft drawn in favour of IIIT Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad.
The acceptance letter along with the copy of DD has to be faxed to IIIT,Hyderabad (fax no. 040-6653 1413)
The original DD should reach “Chair PG admissions,IIIT Hyderabad, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500 032”. The candidate has to write his name, rollnumber, e-mail id, program name on the back side of the DD.
The confirmation fee will be adjusted against the tuition fees.
The confirmation fees will not be refunded in case the student fails to report on the date of registration i.e., 26th July 2012
- Deadline to receive acceptance letter by FAX with photocopy of DD is 7th July 2012.
- Deadline to receive DD of Rs.25,000 towards confirmation fee is 12th July 2012. Report at the Institute on 26th July, 2012.
- Date for first upgradation: 13th July 2012. The Deadline to receive DD of Rs.25,000/- towards confirmation fee is 20th July 2012. Report at the Institute on 26th July, 2012.
- The date for second up-gradaration: 21st July 2012. Report at the Institute on or before 26th July 2012 along with the DD for Tuition Fee and other fee.
- After second up-gradation, the wait listed candidates of MTech (CSE) and MTech (CSIS) can opt for either MTech (CSE) or MTech (CSIS).
- The candidates of M.Tech(CASE) who got confirmed after second upgradation should give their acceptance on or before 24/07/2012

You need to get following documents at the time of registration:
All original certificates(X, Degree)
Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate
One set of xerox copies of all the original certificates
Six stamp size photographs
